全自动蒸馏仪对预处理水中总氰化物与传统蒸馏方法比较研究

摘要:对水中总氰化物的预处理方法进行了比较研究。通过方法检出限、准确度、加标回收率和精密度的对比,结果表明,传统蒸馏法和STEHDB-106-3RW智能一体化蒸馏仪的检出限均为0.004mg/L,都能满足环境保护部相关标准的要求。两种方法加标回收率分别为92%、96%,精密度分别为6.2%、3.3%。相比传统蒸馏法,STEHDB-106-3RW智能一体化蒸馏仪准确度和精密度相对较高,且能节省大量时间和人力,适合大批量水中总氰化物的分析测定。

Comparison and Analysis of Different Pretreatment Methods on Total Cyanide in Water

Abstract: This article compared and analyzed different pretreatment methods on total cyanide in water through results of the detection limit, accuracy, the recovery of standard addition and precision. The result showed that the detection limit of the pretreatment of conventional distillation and STEHDB-106-3RW distillation was 0.004mg/L. The recovery of standard addition of two pretreatment methods was 92%, 96%, 96%. And the precision was 6.2%, 3.3%. Compared with the conventional distillation, the accuracy and precision of automatic distillations was higher. It took less time and less human resources by using automatic distillations. It is suitable for measurement of large quantities of total cyanide in water.
